Hey,

Today I have the lovely Rachel from Bits of Stationery for the Small Business Spotlight.

1) Tell us a little about you, who is the person behind the shop?

I’m married with 2 children, Adam is 8 and Emily is 6. I’ve always loved stationery and used to hoard notebooks and pens as a child! I had a sticker maker when I was little and used to colour in random pictures and turn them into stickers for my younger sister. I love making things and like scrapbooking as well as planning.

2) What does your store sell?

I make and sell stickers, planner dividers and page markers, dashboards and paperclips.

3) Is there an item which you have made that you have loved above all others?
My favourite item is the foil name stickers which are also the best sellers.Which can be purchased: here

4) What inspired your shop name?

My shop name evolved from another little business I used to have. I used to make things out of little bits of felt, I liked the name and it fitted well plus I thought it was unusual.

5) What planner do you use?
I use a Classic happy planner for day to day planning, it doesn’t leave the house though. It lives open on the dining table, my handbag planner is a personal sized planner. I use a rose gold Kate spade which I brought in UKPA not long ago… It’s my unicorn planner!

6) What is your planning style?

My planning style for my happy planner is more full on than my personal. I don’t like white space in my HP and cover as much as possible. My personal has more white space as its more of a list making ‘on the go’ planner.
