It’s been a little while since I have taken part in the Planner Girls Collective post, purely due to illness mostly.
This week we are looking at meal planning. Since I am back at Slimming World, meal prep is massively Important for me to due.
I get paid on Tuesday’s so for me meal planning is always something I do every Monday. First of all I go through my recipe books and websites looking for meals that I quite fancy. Lately I’m trying to add one new dish a week to my range to stop myself getting bored.
I think write down the ingredients I need. I plan for every day up to the following Tuesday. I then go through lunch ideas and do the same, adding a few things for my OH and children that are bits I can’t eat.
Please excuse my writing lol.
I then go through all the snacks I want in. I write each evening meal in my Ban.do and have a list of everything in my edc travelers notebook.

I do something similar! I don’t necessarily eat the foods on the days I’ve planned it but meal time is much less stressful now!
I tend to plan every day but I will in most cases do them all on different days. Always good to know I have things planned though:)
Yup! And to be honest it’s nice to have a choice of a few different things. Sometimes I just write a list of possible meals in the notes bit of my weekly and then I can just pick something I fancy each day.
